Q.  Will my print last a long time?

A.  The combination of the inks and paper we use for our fine art prints are rated between 50-100 years.  Where you hang the image and how it is framed can either lessen or lengthen the life of your print.

Q.  How accurate is the image on the print compared to what I see on my computer screen?

A.  Every computer screen is different and because of this, we offer you a complementary test image in 4x6 on the paper we print on so you can see an example of the final image. 

Q.  Can I buy the image and have it printed at my own lab?

A.  We pride ourselves in the best quality fine art prints and while we'd love to accommodate such a request, we feel our lab does the best job.

Q.  How do I get the image from you? 

A.  We can ship the image (at your cost) or it can be picked up at our studio.

Q.  How long does it take once I order a print to receive the image?

A.  Please allow a week to ten days to receive confirmation that your print is ready to be picked up.  We will contact you via email or telephone, whichever you choose.
